The rules and guidelines for using PatronPay services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any PatronPay service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all PatronPay applications, websites, and services operated by PatronPay, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PatronPay services. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. No Contracts — Cancel Anytime

PatronPay operates on a no-contract basis. You are free to stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, contact us at support@patronpay.us or use the account settings in the application.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we detect:

• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of the Service or behavior that harms other users
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to termination, but we are not obligated to do so in cases of fraud or legal violations.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using PatronPay services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful account information
• Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
• Ensure your use of the Service does not violate payment processor terms
• Safeguard your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Only process legitimate transactions — no fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities

6. Service "As Is"

PatronPay services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatronPay, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Interruptions or errors in the Service
• Third-party payment processor issues or disputes

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, if any.

8. Payment Processing

PatronPay facilitates payments through third-party processors. You are responsible for compliance with the processor's terms and conditions. We do not store, process, or transmit payment card data — all card information is handled by PCI-compliant third parties.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date and notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us first at support@patronpay.us to resolve it in good faith. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which PatronPay, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PatronPay, LLC regarding the use of our services.
